ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Chris Duffy, Founding Partner of Elizabeth Street Partners, has advised a diverse range of professional services firms on how to build, scale and take to market capabilities that enable them to better advise their Board and CEO clients on the leadership, talent and organizational challenges that they face. He has successfully completed dozens of retained searches at Partner and Principal level in executive search and in areas of the wider consulting market including leadership assessment and development, Board and CEO effectiveness, executive coaching, succession planning, culture change,​​ employee engagement, organizational design and effectiveness, post-M&A integration, performance improvement, and change management. Before incorporating Elizabeth Street Partners he established and built the North American presence for a leading global professional services search boutique, relocating to New York City in 2013 with sole responsibility for the development of a client base in the U.S. market. He holds a Master of Science in African Studies from the University of Oxford.
